I have been lucky to work with some of the UK's most exciting agencies. They have trusted me with the challenge of helping then to achieve their ambitions and resolve their very wide ranging challenges. Business confidentiality means we can't share their names but there overviews speak for themselves.

Our client had a strong and stable client roster but under-developed project management, commercial accountability and client service. We defined and managed the implementation of a flexible project service process that provided quality assurance to the clients and internal delivery and commercial accountability. 

We audited our client's business identifying opportunities and areas of improvement across every aspect of their operation - commercial, finance, culture, delivery, business development and proposition. We created a prioritised framework plan for the senior team to follow resulting in the business' re-energisation and re-focus.   

Our client was undergoing a partial management buy out and restructuring its leadership team - as well as assisting with the structuring of the deal itself we advised on the introduction of formalised leadership forums and facilitated at Board level to ensure that all stakeholders were empowered and accountable.  

Our client had achieved strong growth but lacked commercial visibility and the experience to make decisions that would enable further growth. We created commercial and business development models that provided transparency and ultimately the confidence to make key investment and development decisions 

Our client wanted to empower their teams to deliver projects without micro-management supervision. We created a new operating structure for the business reflective of the evolving needs of the projects and which simultaneously delivered autonomy and accountability.
